Donya Quixote, as she is called in these parts, first saw the light of day on January 26, 1988. [Yes, that makes her 20!] She grew up in Baguio, but has never learned how to speak Ilocano. She does, however, know some Bisaya. Also fluent in gibberish.
She is a middle child, and doesn’t usually talk about herself in the third person.
She’s a pseudo-vegetarian. Meaning she wants to be vegetarian but she still relies on fish as her primary source of protein. Because her mother said so.
She believes in Jesus Christ, salvation, real love and truth.
A senior at the University of the Philippines – Diliman, she spends the majority of her schooldays wondering what the heck she is doing majoring in Economics. And get this, she’s graduating in 2009.
Adores caffeine.
For her freshman and sophomore year, she dormed [first at Kalayaan Residence Hall, then Ilang-ilang Residence Hall]. She has been based in Quezon City since June 2007, where she lives with her family.
She has been blogging since 2004. This blog is her sixth. Most posts are in English [some have Taglish], because if she attempts to write in Filipino, she will not only end up embarrassing herself, she will butcher the language [although, in a way, Taglish is butchering the Filipino language]. We don’t want that.
She has never had a boyfriend. For many, many reasons. Is a hopeless romantic, with special emphasis on the “hopeless” part.
